CA Jaikumar Tejwani is the Managing Partner of Jaikumar Tejwani & Co. Chartered Accountants. He was enrolled as a member of the ICAI in 1990 and has since gathered immense experience in almost every facet of the chartered profession. He is a regular speaker on International Taxation, Direct Tax, NRI, and FEMA matters and has been convener of the NRI and FEMA study group of NIRC of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is currently senior visiting faculty to the Institute of Chartered Accountants on ‘International Taxation’. Being the founder member of JKTCO he has gained rich experience in the fields of Corporate Taxation,International Tax, Audit and Assurance services, Transfer Pricing, FEMA matters including planning for corporate, and non-resident Indians, and issues arising in cross-border transactions with special reference to Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements.
