Preeti Kewlani
Preeti Kewlani is a Fellow member of the Institute of chartered accountants of India and a Registered Valuer of the SFA (Securities and Financial Assets) class under IBBI. She qualified in chartered accountancy in 2007 and was amongst the top 50 students in India at the CA foundation level. She holds a degree in B.Com from Allahabad University and M.Com from Annamalai University.
She carries a rich experience in internal audit, advisory, project finance, accounting, taxation, litigation work, restructuring of transactions in a tax-efficient manner, Debt recovery procedure under NCLT, CFO service, Incorporation and closure of business, Payroll service and SOPs designing, Business Valuation, Corporate Finance (Debt), Debt restructuring and business compliances.
She has made representations before tax authorities for income tax and has a good hold of Tax laws.
She is an ex-PWC Gurugram and has experience in various sectors ranging from Media, Telecom, IT services, Oil and Gas, Glass industry, Chemical industry, Manufacturing industry FMCG hotels, and banking apart from various other small entities.
